HOUSE-KEEPING: I will attempt to respond
to a number of questions from subscribers this week.
CRITICAL ALERTS
Once again this week, there is no formal update for the web version of
the Earth Changes Bulletin. This will likely come next Monday, July
21. In the meantime, below are some various timely observations. These
comments will be archived on the web at the ECB website. For archive

COSMIC FRAME:
Solar activity at zip now for three weeks with lowest typical FLUX
nearly flat line at 65. Holy Smokes! This is going to drop the monthly
average and may make June/July the true month of Solar Cycle transistion
(from Cycle 23 to Cycle 24) if one goes by the old statistical method of
computing the transition point of the cycles. I expect an interesting
scientific debate on this to emerge in the next couple of years.
Frankly, I believe the statistical method is best mainly because it is
simple and because it is consistent with the past several hundred years
of marking the transistions.
Speculating on these facts, if this is the true zero point for the
statistical transistion month, it means that this has been a longer
Solar Cycle (#23) than predicted (and longer than the average cycle) and
it means that Solar Cycle #24 is not likely to begin to peak until
2013-2014. EXPECT A LOT OF RUMORS AND DISCUSSIONS DURING THE NEXT COUPLE
OF YEARS ABOUT THE SEEMING CURRENT ODDITIES OF THE SUN, but keep in mind
that each Solar Cycle is a virtually unique electromagnetic "process"
and that collectively these "events" vary much more than gravitational
orbital cycles. What may or may not be odd about the Sun is NOT BY ANY
MEANS AN OBJECTIVE FACT, merely an interpretation by humans with
perspectives too short to know the Sun well.
NASA observes that a few solar prominances and eruptions have continued
to occur this past three weeks, including one yesterday, and that
presently the solar wind is weak but occassionally choppy (ionic flux
changes), the Fluxgate Monitor (U of Alaska) observes minor fluctuations
in the high altitude magnetic field of the Earth.
PLANETS: During the next nearly 60 days
Mercury will fly by all the inner planets again as well as Jupiter,
creating a series of alignments. Venus and Earth will also align with
various planets, giving us a complex schedule of alignments, some of
which are likely to stir up some Sunspot activity and solar ion storms.
Since we are so close to Solar MIN period (Solar Activity rest phase)
these alignments are not likely to produce major solar storms, nor is
the resulting Solar Activity likely to produce strong influence on the
Earth's atmosphere and oceanic storm fronts. But the Solar Activity
probably will produce at least some minor influences ocassionally on
hurricanes and coastal storms. Here below is a schedule of dates derived
from Home Planet software. The Solar Activity will generally rise for a
few days at a time about 13 to 3 days in advance of the alignment date.
The influence on the weather patterns will generally trail by about 48
hours to a week, but influences on tornadoes and hurricanes have been
seen within 24 hours of the rise in solar activity. The period August 6
through to August 23 will bring the greatest activity, expect a rise in
storm activity on Earth about the beginning of August, lasting through
to about the middle of the months.

August 11 Mercury|Mars with Venus close to Mercury
August 23 Venus|Mars
September 12 Mercury|Jupiter (almost) and Earth|Uranus
POLAR MOTION: Continues to spiral outward
in a smooth motion
LUNAR SYZYGY: July 15-22 for Full Moon of
July 18/19: This Full Moon Syzygy most likely will not be memorable.
The Syzygy began more or less today in Lunar Apogee in Extreme Southern
Declination. Other than the Moon being in Full opposition to the Sun
while both are nearly at extreme locations opposite each other in the
Southern (Moon) and Northern (Sun) Hemispheres, the gravity energy of
the Moon is at nearly its lowest influence.
GEOTECTONIC ACTIVITY: Reflecting the Moon,
seismic activity in Class 4+ is a little below average in frequency
while magnitude is near average. Most likely this condition will remain
generally true through this syzygy period after a mild jump in frequency
for a day or two. Currently most seismic activity is in the Northern
Hemisphere, reflecting the power of the Sun's gravity vector. A 6.4 mag
quake struck only hours ago in the eastern Aegean Sea just to the South
of Turkey. This was likely destructive for many facilities in the
islands in this area but its magnitude is well within historical levels
of the Aegean, which is an intense compression zone between Eurasia and
Africa. Many aftershocks are likely during the next week. Activity
around the world is likely to be fairly random, passing from zone to
zone, with no zone (other than more aftershocks in the Aegean) more
predictable than any other.
VOLCANISM: The active list increased to 34
during the past three weeks, but the Alert and Restless lists
decreased. Activity in the Northern Rim seems a little more expressive
even though St Helens was downgraded to a virtually dead status. Kilauea
and Etna are still actively emitting lava (Kilauea & Etna) or ash
(Etna). In general, there is no shortage of lava, ash, and explosive or
strombolian activity around the planet in the Active List volcanoes and
the majority of reports were upgraded during the past week. This is
probably the peak moment for volcanism, activity should decline
gradually now and resume again late in the Fall.
ATMOSPHERICS: During the next two weeks,
little to no solar input. Expect a "neutral" ENSO phase summer year (A
NORMAL YEAR), intensified by Global Warming Syndrome, which pushes
climate regimes in greater extremes a little further to the north than
the historical patterns. BUT, El Nino is hinting stronger, my prediction
for this year's El Nino emergence is ON TRACK. The North Pacific Gyre
Hotspot is still dissolving, coastal waters of west coast North America
are warming up from their chilly Spring, North Atlantic Oscillation is
still in warm phase, impacting Newfoundland area of North Atlantic
apparently the most. Gradually the draught condition over California and
the PNW should break up during the next several months. Conditions still
prime for North Atlantic hurricanes tracking right up the Atlantic
towards Newfoundland. However, if El Nino begins to onset more rapidly
with a continued decline in the North Pacific Gyre Hotspots, look for a
major shift in air mass flow over North America. This may repress
hurricane formation.
GEOPOLITICAL: For an excellent summary
perspective, go see Justin Raimando's latest assessments (see the ECB
"Amber Alert"). My assessment is less dour. In general, I see coming
soon a wave of terrorist false-flag operations along with discovery of
some typically foppish FBI or police-instigated (set-up and aided and
abetted) "terrorist" groups in Britain, the U.S., and/or France. ZIONAZI
extremists in Israel will doubtless attempt to play the "Jewish Victim"
card to justify retaliatory acts against Iran through which the
extremists will hope to draw the U.S. into military activity against
Iran. BUT HUMANITY IS MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY EXHAUSTED AT A SOLAR MIN
PHASE. No one other than Zionazi and Xian lunatics want war. Human wars
rarely start during Solar MIN and major U.S. military activity never
starts during the Solar MIN phase. Having no connection with God, the
world, or the spirit, the ZIONAZIS and Imperialists simply are unaware
of the cosmic relationships in the true order of things and thus will
not be able to ignite the fires of war, no matter what they do. In
addition to wrong timing, they are in a nearly incurable predicament of
the little boy who cried wolf far too many times. Israel is the little
boy which NO ONE believes any longer, not even the majority of people of
Jewish heritage. Ditto the U.S. Zionazi appeals to raw emotions, fear,
and terror at this time will be outclassed in the planetary chess game
of war and peace by mentalist masters in Eurasia, primarily in Iran and
Russia. Once past this danger point, we can hope that common sense will
begin to reappear and the Iranians can be seen for who they really are,
an intensely introverted people, highly intellectual, dedicated to their
belief systems and internal sense of righteousness, living in a cultural
identity which has not had an impulse to war or imperial expansion for
many centuries, a people morbidly in a fear of the barbarous, warlike
nature of the Euro peoples, most especially the Anglo/Yankee/Jewish
pirate cliques of would-be world aristocrats who incited Saddam Hussein
to invade western Iran during the 1980's (to seize control of its oil
resources). AS ALWAYS, of course, the WAR OF TERROR is a complete
humbug consciously contrived to keep the American Sheeple in a state of
paranoid delusions supportive of psychotic episodes of violence against
independent cliques whom the Cabal wishes to bitch-slap into submission.
GEOECONOMIC: As predicted, the slide
continues. It will continue to slide, the hyper-bubbles of finance
banking are larger than anyone could imagine and they are busy popping
one by one in successive waves. The U.S. financial industry is
currently imploding like the 911 Twin Towers. Not to worry, however
(tongue in cheek), you will have to admit that they are doing a good job
controlling the demolition dust this time. the Cabal is busy folding
all financial organizations and banks into the Federal Reserve
(privately owned predominantly by the Morgan-Rockefeller-Rothschild
Cabal, bankrupting all stock positions in these companies, removing all
public scrutiny from all asset transfers. Soon all or nearly all
financial information and management control positions will be "owned"
by the Federal Reserve and U.S. financial regulation will be almost
completely in private hands. Funny that, Karl Marx laid it all out
precisely 140 years or so ago. individual (bourgeois) capitalism ends
in finance monopoly ends in consolidated ownership by an ultra-clique of
bankers amidst universal poverty. At which point the natives will
rattle their chains while some go hungry and then a real revolution will
begin. Ironies of ironies. Marx did not understand the personal
conspiracies of the aristocrats, but he understood very clearly the
implications of the logic and mathematics of the banking system. The
Roosevelt reforms attempted to hobble the dynamic into a plodding horse
which would just keep on going and these reforms did partially succeed
for an amazingly long time. The Reagan Revolution succeeded in removing
the hobbles and the result is the classic Marxist melt down which is
stalking the country today.

THE PRIME DYNAMIC OF REVOLUTION: Every conversion to the use of
hydrogen energy/fuel derived from solar energy dissolves the Cabal,
localizes economy activity, and elevates locality over nations and
continental imperiums. GITTER DONE, BUBBA. Throw away your gasoline
carburetors and convert all existing internal combustion engines to
hydrogen fuel. Start now, finish in seven years, bankrupt Rockefeller
while igniting a mighty wave of economic growth and prosperity in North
America.
Here is an interesting lead to what may become a key piece of technology
in the revolution.
UK Firm ITM Power has developed a way of making hydrogen at home to fuel
a car.
Chief executive Jim Heathcoate says it has made a new type of plastic
for the production process.
ITM believes the plastic could be mass produced relatively cheaply and
would allow people to create the gas at home using their normal electric
supply or greener sources such as solar power.
